Take Interstate 277 South towards Columbia
At the end of Interstate 277, turn left at the signal light onto Harden Street
Proceed past the main entrance of Palmetto Health Richland Hospital
Turn left into the Emergency entrance, just after the main hospital
Go over approximately three speed bumps and turn left into 14 Medical Park Parking
Proceed to the fourth floor
We are located in Suite 410

From West Columbia / Irmo:

Take Interstate 126 East towards Columbia
At the end of Interstate 126, stay to your left and merge onto Elmwood Avenue
At the signal light where Elmwood Avenue runs into Bull Street, turn left onto Bull Street
Continue approximately ½ mile to Harden Street
Turn right onto Harden Street
